Agreement and eligibility
AbsMaxxer (“we”, “us”) operates the app and website. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The app is intended for adults; you must be at least 18 to use it.
The current app uses a device-specific connection rather than email or password sign-in. Keep your device secure. A profile name does not let you recover app records or a previous leaderboard entry after device loss or reinstall.
Fitness, nutrition and AI guidance
AbsMaxxer provides general fitness and nutrition tools. Its workouts, calorie targets, food estimates, body scans, scores and AI responses are informational and are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Images, lighting, posture and incomplete meal information can affect AI results. Review food entries before saving them and use your own judgment during exercise.
Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing exercise or diet if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or have other health concerns. Stop an activity if you feel pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. Results vary; we do not promise a particular physique, score, weight change or timeline.
Your content and permitted use
You keep rights to the photos, text and other content you provide. You permit us and the service partners needed to operate the requested feature to process that content for analysis, storage or display as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, including another person’s body photo without permission.
You may use AbsMaxxer for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, try to access someone else’s data, automate requests beyond the app’s normal use or use AI outputs to make medical decisions for others. We may restrict access when needed to prevent abuse or comply with law.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some app features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, included features and any trial terms are shown in the purchase flow before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel them through the mobile app store before the next billing date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The store handles payment, cancellation and applicable refund requests under its rules and your legal rights. You can use the app’s restore-purchases option when available.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app develops and may depend on device compatibility, permissions, network access and service availability. We may update or discontinue a feature, subject to applicable law. We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website may describe features planned for the mobile release; no app download is available until its store listing is live.
We may revise these terms. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate estimates, an interrupted service or your use of the service contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for deciding whether an exercise or nutrition choice is appropriate for you.
